Had an early morning flight back to BolehLand

As the sun rised, I bid goodbye to Muscat! :(

Dya think the King was up when I passed by his Palace? ;p


Local kids were making their ways to school & I was dragging my thoughts to go back to BolehLand, generally, and work, particularly!
If only I can just travel the world and still keep a decent bank balance without having to w-o-r-k!
You just can't have it all, eh!


Said my goodbye to Sultan Qaboos Mosque, too
With all that's happening in Oman presently, I don't know when I will ever revisit


I really thought I was going back on this private jet - which made me smiled for a while - until I realized I was going commercial! ;p


& did I say that Oman Air Business Class was the best?
Go try it!
Not that expensive either.


Goodbye, Oman.
Goodbye, Muscat.

See you again, hopefully, one day.

Ayesha Tihani had her 1st birthday when she was 1 and 3 days

If your father & your aunt are one of the owners of Tutti Frutti, it's almost compulsory to have a frozen yogurt machine at your birthday party!




There was wwwwaaaayyyyy too much pink that day, I almost fainted! *plurgh*


I NEVER had a birthday party planner for any of my birthdays, ever!




But, why did the birthday party planner made pencil candies for kids?
Some of them might go home and start chewing up their color pencils, then how?

Uncle Kelvin's present for Ayesha was a clown - he shouldn't have hired one, he should just be one for the party! But, thanks anyway, Kelv - and when the clown 1st greeted the Birthday Gurl, she was scared! ;p

When I first got to the party, the bouncy castle wasn't inflated yet
It was almost towards the end of the party that it was up & of course, we (the adults!) were super excited!!
Hey, c'mon ... we never had bouncy castles at any of our birthdays, OK! ;p




And now... it's time to blow the candle! :)

One of Ayesha's favorites is Barney
I've been teaching her to sing "I love you, you love me..." song that seems to be Barney's anthem and so far, she can sing that "I... " part only!
Not bad for a one-year old who hasn't started talking, huh? ;p

"Aunty Jett, Ayesha doesn't let me play with her Barney..."



"emmmmphm... I don't think so li'l sista... you ain't gettin' this purple thang!"



"nevermind, Ayesha... you can have Barney... I'll go look for other toys now"



Quite apparent that Ayesha wasn't ready to share that singing Barney with her cousin!
(that other wee girl is my cousin's li'l daughter... what is she to Ayesha, then? second cousin? geez, i really don't know these stuff!)

Ayesha Tihani turned one on March 3rd, 2011.
How time flies, huh!
She'll be 17 before I even know it with the speed she's going now!

Her parents threw her a party on March 6th and I strongly believe it was the best 1st birthday that I had ever had!

Ayesha's birthday party was so cool compared to all my 33 years of birthdays put together!

But this post... It'll be a special just me & her pix, during the party
